Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity for another client to fill that appointment time is missed. Therefore, I have had to implement a strict 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy for all Spinal Flow appointments of $50. As a courtesy, all clients will receive an email or text message with appointment reminders 2 days before the appointment time. These reminders are set up through the client profile in the booking system for Reset.Evolve.Emerge. Confirmation by email or text message from the online booking software is in place because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that has been booked in advance. From the confirmation message, you have the option of the following (at no charge): - Confirm your appointment - Reschedule/change/modify your appointment - Cancel your appointment - Inform (by email) any changes or problems Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointment. Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee that will be sent to you via a payment link.
