About me

What started as a cliché quest to "find myself" following personal events in my life, soon evolved into a journey of deep exploration into the triggers and patterns that were actually causing me distress.

My past field of expertise in the corporate life of a Quality Assurance Officer had me believing that everything had to be "perfect", that everything was my responsibility and that I had no worth as a person, unless I was doing things for others.

I didn't know how to say "no" to others and was on the verge of a complete breakdown from emotional and professional stress, yet still put on a smiling face so no one would see the failure that I thought I was.

I felt completely unlovable and couldn't feel real joy.

My first leap of faith away from the norm was to learn and become certified as a practitioner in the Spinal Flow technique.

I love the gentleness and cathartic nature of Spinal Flow and the ability that this gentle touch has to enable you to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself in a calmer nature.

But still, I wanted and needed more.  More for me and more for my clients.  I stumbled across TRTP (The Richards Trauma Process) and threw myself into the process of this journey.  My own personal transformation has driven me to continue to learn on mastering the intricacies of this powerful process.

I have witnessed so many other transformations with my clients and feel honored to support others as they navigate their personal journeys, experiencing humility as I witness each client's transformation disempowerment to a balanced, empowered emotional state. When emotional balance is achieved, it brings calmness, coherence, and harmony within themselves and their surroundings.

I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my clients receive exceptional service. My passion for TRTP intensifies daily, as its transformative journey has profoundly empowered my own life.
