Service Description
Change is a choice. Today, you are making a choice that you want to create change in your life. Whether it's change in your behaviour or change in your emotional state, this 30-minute meet and greet gives you an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to me and to hear the options that I have available to you. This is an obligation-free discussion that will allow you to either decide to go ahead with working together, or you can choose to walk away and allow yourself some space to consider all that we have discussed.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and respectfully request at least 48-hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity for another client to fill that appointment time is missed. Therefore, I have had to implement a strict 48-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy for all Free appointments of $90. As a courtesy, all clients will receive an email or text message with appointment reminders 3 days before the appointment time. These reminders are set up through the client profile in the booking system for Reset.Evolve.Emerge. Confirmation by email or text message from the online booking software is in place because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that has been booked in advance. From the confirmation message, you have the option of the following (at no charge): - Confirm your appointment - Reschedule/change/modify your appointment - Cancel your appointment - Inform (by email) any changes or problems Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointment. Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee that will be sent to you for payment.
