Service Description
Congratulations on taking the first step towards resolving the distressing events/periods of time from your past that has led you to this inquiry regarding the TRTP process. This Discovery Call will provide you with an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to be interested in TRTP and to connect with me. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how this process works, why you may be triggered by circumstances/events, the requirements for each session, and the costs involved. This appointment is an in-person appointment. I am mindful of everyone's time and I invite you to come to my room in the Leeton Wellness Centre either exactly on time or approximately 5-10 minutes before the appointment. My door will be open and I will be ready to have this open discussion with no additional pressure to commit to this process unless you feel ready to.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and respectfully request at least 48-hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity for another client to fill that appointment time is missed. Therefore, I have had to implement a strict 48-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy for all Free appointments of $90. As a courtesy, all clients will receive an email or text message with appointment reminders 3 days before the appointment time. These reminders are set up through the client profile in the booking system for Reset.Evolve.Emerge. Confirmation by email or text message from the online booking software is in place because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that has been booked in advance. From the confirmation message, you have the option of the following (at no charge): - Confirm your appointment - Reschedule/change/modify your appointment - Cancel your appointment - Inform (by email) any changes or problems Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointment. Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee that will be sent to you for payment.
