First Spinal Flow Appointment

Service Description
In this first appointment, you will complete a thorough health questionnaire followed by a postural assessment and a Spinal Flow session. I will provide you with an understanding of why you may be feeling the way you do, whether emotionally or physically. Your nervous system controls every muscle in your body and the Spinal Flow technique doesn't try and manipulate any muscle, it simply allows your entire body to relax and your nervous system to experience a sense of calmness that may be lacking in your everyday life. At the end of the session, you will also be provided with suggestions for you to consider to support your overall wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Reset.Evolve.Emerge and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity for another client to fill that appointment time is missed. Therefore, as of 1st January 2025, I have had to implement a strict 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy for all Spinal Flow appointments of $50. As a courtesy, all clients will receive an email or text message with appointment reminders 2 days before the appointment time. These reminders are set up through the client profile in the booking system for Reset.Evolve.Emerge. Confirmation by email or text message from the online booking software is in place because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that has been booked in advance. From the confirmation message, you have the option of the following (at no charge): - Confirm your appointment - Reschedule/change/modify your appointment - Cancel your appointment - Inform (by email) any changes or problems Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointment. Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee.
